- "Subscription": The recurring agreement between the Customer and the Company for the provision of the Meal Plan service.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE
The Company specializes in providing tailored meal plans designed to meet the nutritional needs and preferences of its customers. Each Meal Plan subscription includes a variety of freshly prepared meals, curated by culinary experts and nutritionists, delivered directly to the Customer's designated address.

4. PAYMENTS
Customers may choose to make payments for their subscriptions either instantly or through a recurring billing model, depending on their selected payment method and subscription plan. Payment options include, but are not limited to, credit/debit card transactions, online bank transfers, or other designated electronic payment channels.
Refunds for valid cancellations or changes will be processed using the original payment method. The Company reserves the right to apply additional charges for processing cancellations or adjustments.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Customers are bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein upon subscribing to the Company's Meal Plan service. These conditions encompass the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both the Customer and the Company in relation to the provision and utilization of the service.

The Company shall not be held liable for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or disruptions caused by third parties.

The information and services provided on the website and/or mobile application are strictly for informational purposes, and the Company cannot be held liable for any adverse outcomes. While much of the content is contributed by professionals, ultimate responsibility for the Customer's safety and well-being lies with them.

By using the services and information provided, the Customer agrees, represents, and warrants that they have obtained consent from their medical professional and are in good physical health to participate. Utilization of any Company services is done at the Customer’s own risk.

The Company disclaims responsibility for any adverse health outcomes due to undiagnosed medical conditions, dietary intolerances, or allergies that were not disclosed by the Customer during subscription.

7. DELIVERY INFORMATION
The Company undertakes to deliver meals to the address provided by the Customer upon subscription. Delivery schedules and frequencies are determined by the chosen subscription plan and communicated to the Customer. Alterations to delivery details must be submitted through the Customer’s dashboard at least 48 hours prior to the desired date of change. Inaccurate delivery information may result in failed deliveries and require rescheduling.

The Company is not liable for delays or damages to meals caused during delivery by third-party couriers. Compensation claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.

8. CHILLER BAGS & REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
To ensure optimal meal freshness, a refundable chiller bag deposit may be applied at checkout, which is excluded from promotional discounts. Customers are advised to promptly refrigerate their food upon delivery. The Company bears no responsibility for alterations in food temperature if deliveries are made using alternative packaging due to unreturned chiller bags.

9. FOOD STORAGE, CONSUMPTION
Customers are advised to follow the recommended guidelines for the storage and consumption of meals to ensure optimal freshness and safety. Ready-to-eat food must be consumed within three days of delivery, with two days recommended to maintain quality. The Company disclaims liability for adverse effects arising from improper storage or consumption practices.

10. REHEATING AND LABELS
Each meal package includes reheating instructions, ingredient lists, nutritional information, and allergen warnings. The Customer assumes responsibility for consumption decisions based on provided information.

11. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
Customers may customize their subscription plans, including pausing, skipping deliveries, or adjusting menu preferences. Requests for changes must be submitted through the dashboard at least 48 hours prior to the effective date. Changes requested after this period may result in order cancellations without compensation.
12. DISLIKES, ALLERGIES, PREFERENCES
Customers are responsible for selecting their dislikes and allergens during subscription. The Company endeavors to accommodate requests where feasible but cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. The responsibility for meal selection lies solely with the Customer.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

By subscribing, Customers acknowledge and accept these terms. Personal data may be shared with third-party vendors for delivery or operational purposes under strict confidentiality agreements.

14. NUTRITIONIST CONSULTATION

15. PAYMENTS, PRICES & FEES
The Company reserves the right to adjust subscription prices periodically without prior notification. Additional charges may apply for specialized services or customizations.

16. MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Customers with pre-existing medical conditions or dietary restrictions should seek professional advice before subscribing. The Customer assumes all risks associated with the consumption of meals.

The Company disclaims responsibility for adverse health outcomes resulting from dietary plans used without proper medical guidance.

17. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds or cancellations are governed by the Company’s refund and cancellation policy, as outlined during subscription. Valid reasons for cancellation, supported by documentation, include relocation, moving outside the delivery area, or health conditions preventing participation.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, and processing fees may apply.

18. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
Any disputes arising from the use of the Company’s website and/or mobile application or services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the UAE courts, in accordance with UAE laws.

19. THIRD PARTIES
