Refund Policy
Once payment has been made for our services via our platforms, the customer does not have the right to cancel, refund, or redeem the payment, regardless of whether the services are used, unless otherwise determined solely at the discretion of Smart Meals for Life.
Right to cancellation and refund within the first 5 days:
You are entitled to cancel and request a refund within the first 5 days of the plan, subject to applicable cancellation/processing fees.
Cancellation after the first 5 days:
Cancellation of the plan after the first 5 days is at the sole discretion of the company and under the following conditions:
The processing of the refund will take a minimum of 2 weeks.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining duration of the plan will apply.
The remaining amount, after deducting the cancellation fee, may be refunded to you or transferred to another customer.
Note:
The company reserves the right to refuse cancellation or refund if the above terms are not met.
